2. Shipping Options & Timelines

  • The carrier and delivery timeframe depend on your selected service and location. You’ll see all available choices during checkout.

  • Keep an eye on your email for estimated delivery timelines based on the shipping option you choose.

3. Signature Required (21+)

To comply with federal regulations, all shipments of vaping products require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon receipt.

  • This service adds a nominal fee (typically around $7), which is included in checkout if applicable.

4. Processing Delays & Timing

  • Orders usually ship quickly typically within one business day, though it can take as much as three.

  • After shipment, a tracking email confirms your package is on its way.

  • Delivery time estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

5. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to provide required signature it may be returned.

  • Refunds may be issued minus shipping or restocking fees (which can be around $14), depending on the circumstances.

  • Reshipment of returned orders may incur additional charges or require a new order.
